You manage your plan from your account settings. Changing tiers is straightforward, and nothing about your subscription ever affects custody of your funds — those stay on your exchange regardless of plan.
Upgrading#
Upgrade whenever you need more capacity — more coins, strategies, bots, or API keys per exchange. An upgrade takes effect so you can use the new tier's features right away. Pick the tier that matches what you actually intend to run; see Plans & Pricing.
Downgrading#
You can move to a lower tier when you need less. Before downgrading, make sure your current usage fits within the lower tier's limits — for example, the number of active strategies or connected API keys — so nothing is unexpectedly cut off.
Billing#
- Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis for your chosen tier.
- Your billing details and history live in your account settings.
- Manage your payment method there as well.
Cancelling#
You can cancel from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; your automated strategies and connections behave according to your plan's status after that. If you want to fully stop trading, pause or kill your strategies and, if you wish, revoke your exchange API keys — your balance stays untouched on the exchange.
